Your grading spreadsheet and your payout spreadsheet are the same system now.
One portal for grading submissions and consignment payouts. Your customers sign up, track their own cards stage by stage, and the money nets itself out — grading owed against consignment coming.

INTAKE · TRACKING · PAYOUTS · THE BALANCE
Grading charges and consignment credit, netted into one balance
A customer who owes you for grading and has consignment money coming doesn't get two ledgers — they get one netted balance. While it's negative, their cards are held, which is the rule shops run by hand today. No grading tracker models this. We do, because it's the whole point.
A photo and a reference number on every card
Every card that crosses your counter gets photographed and numbered at intake — not list order and handwriting. The photo and ref # follow the card through grading, consignment, and payout, so there's never a "which one was mine?" conversation.
Your customers sign up and check themselves
At intake you record the card owner's email; they get their signup link, claim their portal, and follow a stage-by-stage timeline — received, shipped, at the grader, grades back. When a grade lands, the cert number is on their page with a verify link to the official cert record. The "any update?" texts stop, because the answer is always already there.
Every batch, every grader, one board
PSA, CGC, SGC, and BGS batches side by side. You advance a batch in one click and every customer on it sees the move. A batch that sits past its window gets a stall flag automatically — before a customer has to ask why nothing has moved.
Consignment payouts in one pass
Run the week's payouts from your own tier table — a $7.00 card at 80% pays out $4.61, shown exactly that way, line by line. The rail fee is charged once per payout, each customer gets their own statement, and the run exports a CSV for your files and a QuickBooks journal for your bookkeeper.
Your spreadsheet comes with you
Paste in the spreadsheet you currently run payouts or submission status on, map four columns once, and those rows become live items. Your free first 10 cards can be your real consignments and submissions — not test data.
White-label, under your shop's name
The portal wears your shop's name, tagline, and accent colour — your customers see your brand at every step, from the signup email to the status page to the payout statement. Hosted by us; no WordPress, no plugins, nothing to maintain.

Straight answers
NO FINE PRINT · NO OVERSELLING
Q1Does it track my PSA submissions automatically?
No — and be wary of anyone who says they do. PSA offers no submission-status API; their public API verifies cert numbers only. Here's how it works here instead: you advance a batch in one click, the system flags stalls and notifies your customers, and the moment a grade pops, the cert number pulls the official PSA cert record onto the customer's page. We never hold your grader login, and we never claim a connection that doesn't exist.
Q2I run payouts from a spreadsheet. What changes?
Paste it into the import wizard and map four columns once — those rows become live items. From there, your tier table drives every payout: the rail fee is charged once per payout, and each customer sees their own line-by-line statement instead of a number they have to take on faith.
Q3A customer owes me for grading but has consignment credit. Who tracks that?
The system does. It nets both sides into one balance per customer — grading charges against consignment credit — and holds their cards while the balance is negative. That's the rule shops run by hand today, except now it runs itself and the customer can see the math.
Q4What does it cost after the trial?
$59/month flat. No per-card caps, no setup fee, cancel any time. Before that: 14 free days of Pro, and a free tier — 10 cards, every feature — that stays free whether you upgrade or not.
Your first 10 cards are free.
Run them through the real thing — intake photos, customer portal, payout math, netted balance — on your actual consignments and submissions.
